This is a perfect family cabin with convenient SKI IN - SKI OUT access, ideal for family ski vacations. Our cabin is designed for fun, relaxation and convenience. WIRELESS H - S INTERNET, large plasma TV, 4 Bedrooms - 3 Bathrooms. Perfectly appointed GREAT ROOM on main with floor to ceiling windows looking east over the Monashee Mountains and deck. You will love the convenient ground level entry for unloading and 2 car parking right at your front door to make loading and unloading easy. Lower level is home to 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. This IS the perfect ski vacation home. Ski in ski out, the all important feature. Imagine coffee and croissants for breakfast while looking out onto the fresh fallen snow capped mountains. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living room complete with large inviting sectional leather sofa and fireplace. Antique ski's and snowshoes adorn the living and dining areas giving it the perfect ski cabin touch. The dining room seats 8 comfortably with 4 more at the eating bar in comfy high back leather chairs. Perfect for a fondue dinner after a day of carving it up on the slopes.

Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 300.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. When a guest leaves the property clean (i.e. saves housekeeping costs), a 150.00 rebate may apply.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
