This is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom home that is the perfect blend of a modern condo with traditional ski cottage decor. The vaulted ceilings allow tall windows which provide this home with tons of natural sunlight and a beautiful view. As a corner unit, there's easy access to the path just outside of your front door which is also your ski-in - ski-out access. This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized sofabed in the living room. It also features a private balcony with a barbeque. Location Highlights: Settler's Crossing is a great complex that ranges from studio apartments to three-storey condos, so you're bound to find a place suitable for your next holiday. Settler's Crossing is located in the East Village which means the complex is ski-in - ski-out by way of the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. It is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main village or just a short drive. The next closest complexes are Stone's Throw and Echo Landing, which sandwich Settler's Crossing on both sides, so if you want family or friends to book close by there's essentially triple the options. Settler's Crossing has a few underground parkades with a clearance height of 2.29m (7'6"). There are signs on the outside of each parkade indicating which units have parking stalls for that parkade. There is a small temporary parking zone for the purpose of loading - unloading to the left side of the entrance of the complex. SKI-IN - SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, use the Rambler run to connect to the East Village Ski Way, and get on Hasta La Vista to return to the complex. From the top of Orient, you can take Hasta La Vista directly down. Alternatively, the East Village Ski Way can be used to access the next complex over and it's just a short walk back to Settler's Crossing. To ski-out, from the lower-numbered side of the complex, pass the trees to hop on Hasta La Vista and under the Skier Underpass to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, walking to these chairlifts takes approximately 3 - 5 minutes.
Top Of The Mountain does provide some basic amenities such as : Bedding is provided ( pillow cases , Bed Sheets, Blankets). Shampoo , Conditioner , Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper and Towels for the bathrooms. Paper towels, Dish soap , Dishwasher pods, Washing cloths, Drying towels, Coffee , Coffee filters, Assorted Teas, Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Garbage bags and Recycling bags for the kitchen area. Laundry Pods are included.

The first night's rental plus booking fee and applicable taxes OR 25% of the Owner's rent (whichever is greater) is taken as a deposit.
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and still outside 30 days prior to the arrival date, only the booking fee will be forfeit. The full deposit is forfeit after 48 hours from the initial booking while still 30 days outside of your arrival date. The remainder of your payment for the booking is taken 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival have a 24 hour grace period during which only the booking fee will be retained if you cancel.
To cancel your booking, you must send us an email requesting we cancel your reservation. This request must be made from the email address we have associated with the booking in our system. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will return the inventory to availability and do our best to rebook the dates previously held for you and will provide refunds in accordance with the policy above.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
