This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, corner unit and a great home for a family gathering. The living room, kitchen and dining area are open concept to each other which makes for easy entertaining while keeping everyone connected. From your private balcony you can enjoy an amazing view of some of the runs on Mt Morrisey. The living room features a tall ceiling which allow for huge windows to let in plenty of sunlight. This home features a full kitchen and a dining table that can seat 8, as well as a loveseat and sofa in the living room, so plenty of seating. This home features a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a tri-bunk in the second bedroom, a tri-bunk in the third bedroom, and a sofabed in the living room. Location Highlights: Settler's Crossing is a great complex that ranges from studio apartments to three storey condos, so you're bound to find a place suitable for your next holiday. Located just between the Stone's Throw and Echo Landing complexes, this also means that if you want family or friends to book close by, there's essentially triple the options. Settler's Crossing is located in the East Village which means the complex is ski-in - ski-out by way of the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. It is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main village or just a short drive. Settler's Crossing is ski-in by way of Sundance Mtn where you can take Rambler to the East Village Ski Way to return to the complex. You can also take Rambler down to Mt Morrisey Connector which will take you to the Morrisey Express which is just a short walk back to the complex, or you can take the East Village Ski Way and branch off at many connecting runs, such as Carpe Diem, Hasta La Vista, Czesc, and more, which will also get you on to the Mt Morrisey Connector. For ski-out, you can either take the last bit of the East Village Ski Way run or take a short walk to the skier underpass where you can hop on the Orient Express or Morrisey Express. Settler's Crossing has an underground parkade with a clearance height of 2.29m (7'6"). There is a small temporary parking zone for the purpose of loading - unloading on the left side of the entrance of the complex.


Top Of The Mountain does provide some basic amenities such as : Bedding is provided ( pillow cases , Bed Sheets, Blankets). Shampoo , Conditioner , Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper and Towels for the bathrooms. Paper towels, Dish soap , Dishwasher pods, Washing cloths, Drying towels, Coffee , Coffee filters, Assorted Teas, Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Garbage bags and Recycling bags for the kitchen area. Laundry Pods are included. 


Please note that the rates apply to 6 guests. Should there be additional guests, up to the maximum of 10, an extra person fee may apply.

Booking Deposit

The first night's rental plus booking fee and applicable taxes OR 25% of the Owner's rent (whichever is greater) is taken as a deposit.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and still outside 30 days prior to the arrival date, only the booking fee will be forfeit. The full deposit is forfeit after 48 hours from the initial booking while still 30 days outside of your arrival date. The remainder of your payment for the booking is taken 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival have a 24 hour grace period during which only the booking fee will be retained if you cancel.

To cancel your booking, you must send us an email requesting we cancel your reservation. This request must be made from the email address we have associated with the booking in our system. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will return the inventory to availability and do our best to rebook the dates previously held for you and will provide refunds in accordance with the policy above.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
