Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 175 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 15 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 25 percent of the rent is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent

Parking

Parking is free.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
