Prices, amenities,specials, seasons, minimum stay requirements, descriptions and locations may change from time to time without notice. Every effort has been made to assure that the printed descriptions are accurate. The Property Manager & our property owners make every effort to assure that all descriptions & representations in all media are accurate. However, we are not responsible for any errors or changes made by owners in the furnishings or amenities of the properties

The Property Manager has adopted the following Rules and Regulations pertaining to the use of the cabins in order to enable the guests to obtain the maximum enjoyment from the use, as well as securing the investment of the owner's property.



1. Management Notes:

Our office hours are 9 AM – 9PM, Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 6PM Sat-Sun.
We accept cash, cashier checks, traveler's checks, money orders and all major credit cards. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Cabins must be paid in full before keys/keycodes are given out or left out for late arrivals.


2. General Housekeeping Rules:

Check in is at 3 PM or after, Check out is by 10 AM. For keys taken from the cabin and not left inside a charge of $12.00 will be assessed for each unreturned or broken key. The lock box key must stay in the lock box at all times. If for any reason the key is removed a fine of $100.00 will be assessed. No exceptions. Anyone not approved, that checks out after 10 am will be charged a late fee which will be the cost of another day.
Dispose of all garbage in outside garbage receptacles or a housekeeping charge will apply. If your bins are full, please call and housekeeping will be glad to come by and pick it up. When checking out please turn off all lights, fans and set thermostat to 65 in winter and 75 in summer. It is not necessary to strip linens off beds or wash towels. Make sure all towels are left in the bathtubs and not on the floors when checking out.
Wash all dirty dishes and put back in the cabinets or a housekeeping charge of $35 will apply. Do not put plastic object (ex. Blender of coffee pot) in lower part of dishwasher. If you use the air mattress please put away before you leave. If you use the pull out couch make sure you put away before you leave. $50 if housekeeping has to put away extra bedding.
If mattress pads are missing you will be charged $100.
Do not MOVE OR REMOVE any furnishings, accessories or linens from your cabin for any reason, or you will be charged. TV, DVD, VCR or satellite are found disconnected a fee to you of $100.00 to reconnect.
Fireplaces are open October 1 – March 31, but firewood is not provided. All fireplaces, gas or wood are closed April 1 – September 30 (Fireplaces not to be used during these dates). Do not leave the cabin if there is a fire burning in the fireplace. Make sure the damper is fully open before building a fire and the firewood is dry. Keep the screen closed at all times. If your fireplace is gas, DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING IN THE FIREPLACE AND DO NOT MOVE LOG CONFIGURATION or there will be a replacement charge.
Housekeeping services will not be provided during your stay unless requested; there will be an additional charge for various services. If additional housekeeping services are needed, please request a price sheet prior to check in.
Use only toilet paper in commode to prevent stoppage. There will be a $25 charge by maintenance to unstop commodes.

The Property Manager will not be responsible for personal items left behind in the unit. If you request us to pick items up and mail to you, they will be mailed COD.
If needed, an iron may be checked out at the office and must be returned at check out. A deposit of $10.00 is required to check an iron out at the office. Irons are on a first come first serve basis.
Suggestions of items to bring: coffee filters, iron, paper towels, sponge, Kleenex, charcoal and lighter fluid if grill is charcoal, beach towels or extra towels, laundry detergent and fabric softener for washer and dryer in cabin, starter wood for wood burning fireplaces in season, extra toilet tissue, hair dryer, bars of soap, trash bags and dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tabs. YOU ARE PROVIDED A COURTESY SUPPLY OF SELECT ITEMS THAT WILL ASSIST YOU THROUGH THE FIRST DAY ONLY.


3. General Rules and Regulations:

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. Fireworks are prohibited at all times. No guests will be permitted to disturb the peaceful quiet of other guests; if you disrupt others, you will be evicted with no refund.
Each cabin has a maximum occupancy limit including children, which will be enforced. Prices are based on 2 people per bedroom. Each additional person is $12.50/night. If guests misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund. No house parties are allowed. Some minimum stay requirements during holidays, peak periods, etc.
N o pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If smoking has occurred or a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund. For a pet approved cabin, a non-refundable PER PET of $50.00 will be charged. Our cabins permit small dogs only in pet approved cabins !
Under no circumstances should any long distance calls or movies be charged to the cabin. Phones allow incoming and outgoing local calls.
We require 50% of the total amount due in order to make the reservation. The other half is due 30 days prior to arrival. All stays within 30 days will require full payment at the time of reservation. We require a Damage Security Hold if your stay is paid entirely in cash; if damage or extra cleaning charges apply you will be notified in writing. When you check in your cabin, you are required to inspect the cabin and report any damages within the first two hours. If there are unreported damages after you check out, your damage deposit may be forfeited. A housekeeping/linen fee is charged based on the size of the cabin. Trip insurance is available for 7% of your total stay through TravelGuard.
During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
Hot tubs and Jacuzzis should be entered at your own risk. Hot tubs have bromine tablets in them. We are not responsible for any jewelry or clothing damage if worn in the hot tubs. A shower should be taken before and after entering a hot tub per guide lines of Sevier County Health Department.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be made for breakdown or malfunctions of appliances (TV, VCR, air conditioner, heater, Jacuzzi, hot tub, etc.), acts of God, and no refunds will be made (because of weather) due to electrical power, water, cable outages, location of cabin, presence of insects, type of roadways or driveways leading to your cabin or in climate weather. No refunds will be made after you check in and/or take possession of the key code packet for any reason.
Liability: This rental program is under the management of the Property Manager who acts only as an agent for the owners. Under no circumstances will management be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim injury, direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise caused or incurred, as a result of any delays, substitutions, rescheduling, or changes in the provisions of accommodations by the Property Manager or by reason of acts of God, or by agents, employees, subcontractors, third parties, or as substitute. The Property Manager reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person and/or rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services. All properties are privately owned: management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. If the Property Manager must seek remedy in court for any reason, all attorney fees and court costs will be paid by the customer.
I have read and understand the rules and regulations. I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and that I will be held responsible for the care of the property being rented under my name. I accept full responsibility for the damage or extra cleaning charge assessed during or those discovered after departure from the above rental. I authorize these charges to be debited from my credit card or subtracted from my cash security deposit.

Review of Buckhead It was okay. The first night the neighbors were so loud that someone called the police on them. It got quiet after that. The remainder of the time things went okay. There was an issue with bugs in the kitchen area and the cabins needed to be cleaned or wiped. We used paper towels to palce the dishes on once they had been through the dishwasher.

Unimpressed Inconvenient check-in process- only a 2 hour window from 4-6pm (to collect a piece of paper with a door code and WiFi password).<br/>Cabin floors were gross and there was dust and cobwebs throughout the cabin.

Cabin rental Aunt Bugs Cabins staff were nice and renting was easy. However, the driveway was only usable for one car and hard to navigate. Property needs a deep dusting and rugs cleaned. Deck stairs felt unstable and the rear deck was too dirty to let our daughter down. Location was convenient to Dollywood. Beds were comfortable and we were left with clean towels. I would probably not rent this cabin again but, there are a lot of other cabins in this resort area.

Smokey Mountain Cabin Really enjoyed our getaway to the Smokies, great location- close to Dollywood and the pigeon Forge/Sevierville attractions. Great sunset views from on the mountain. Cabin had all the essentials and very comfortable.

Not what I expected from Auntbugs Not at all what I had experienced in the past three visits with Auntbugs. This rental was very dirty and dusty. Bedlinens for sleeper sofa stuffed in the trunk was dirty and smelled very bad too! Very disappointed! We plan to visit again in the next year or two. I will need to rethink lodging with Auntbugs.

Nice cabin Buckhead was a nice cabin. It has a very pretty view from the front porch, although the other cabins are very close and all around. It is not secluded if that is what you are looking for. It was quiet, and the beds were phenomenally comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace very much. The living room furniture was not very comfortable. We brought our dogs and there was not much of a grassy area around the cabin to walk them. Overall, we enjoyed staying at Buckhead. It was cozy and I wanted to take the beds home with me! Just ok..... Cabin was a non smoking cabin...but clearly someone had been smoking in a non smoker my throat closed up in minutes and I called the office to tell them and that I would spray febreze and they just said " ok". The next a.m. I was sinus congested and stopped up and spent the whole week of vacation sick due to the smoke. <br/>There was discolored water and alot of air in the water lines but it worked itself out. One bathroom sink was stopped and the stove light was out. ( Not easy to cook in the dark). There were spiderwebs in nearly every window. We didn't use the back deck at all due to it being so filthy. this cabin clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly or in a while. This was all mentioned to the office either by phone or their app but all I got was a thanks for letting us know.<br/>The beds were comfortable though. I've used several cabin rentals places in this area before but will not plan to use Aunt bugs 's too much money to not be thoroughly satisfied with the place you stay.

Great cabin, great stay, all on one level If you're looking for a beautiful cabin without stairs inside, this is the place. You will have a few stairs to get up the porch but once inside, everything is on one level. Aunt Bugs is great to deal with.

Great Stay!!! Location is excellent. Very close to attractions. View is awesome from front porch. Management company very helpful and professional. Check in very easy. Beds are so comfortable. Furnished well for a cabin, could use some fresh pans. Cabin needs a good spring cleaning. It's a bit dusty and cob webs can be noticed. Overall great stay!

No where to go and all day to get there Looks bigger then ad photos but it was close enough so we didn't have to set alarms or hurry because of our lodging. Thelight at night were festive and the light on the island magnificent. It was our third there. Fabulous Getaway in the Smoky Mountains! The cabin was beautiful and we felt very much at home. We had a beautiful view from our front porch. There were a lot of restaurants and different attractions to choose from. The weather was wonderful! We had a short hike down the hill to the pool which we used quite a bit. The property was clean and well maintained. We couldn't ask for a better Smoky Mountain visit! Celebrate 60! We enjoyed the cabin. Everything was clean. We enjoyed that towels and sheets were furnished. Our only problem was w/ the group of young MEN staying in Hawks Nest Cabin next door. They were loud til 4am & again @ 7am.Threw beer cans in yard. They even threw eggs in the road near cars. Very rude group! They left Sun. we stayed til Mon. So we had 1 peaceful night. My husband wanted a peaceful getaway instead of a big party for his 60th Birthday. He didn't get much peace. At least we had 1 good night. Home away from home Our cabin was very comfortable, and decorated beautifully. we appreciated the view, the hot tub, jacuzzi, and very comfortable beds. Most of the supplies we needed were already provided. The cabin was very clean. We even had a visit from a bear one evening, having an evening snack out back of the cabin! Better entertainment than we could have paid for in town! We had a trailer and 2 motorcycles with us, and we were able to park the trailer on the lower part of the circle below the cabin, and park the bikes and our truck in the driveway. At many of the other cabins in the area, we would not have been able to park the trailer and perhaps even the bikes beside the cabin because of the steep driveways. So the description of "motorcycle friendly parking" was helpful and accurate. Beautiful Home Buckhead is well appointed and clean. Just perfect for us. Ac worked great and kept us cool. Lightning bugs and seasonal fire works seen from the deck provided nightly light shows. The "Buckhead 259" should be renamed "The Brown Recluse 2000" Besides the brown unusable water, the insufficient a/c capacity, and the thousands of Brown Recluse spiders that have a perpetual web around the perimeter of the the porch, it was fair. When we arrived the outside temperature was 92 and the a/c was set on 78 degrees with no windows open or fan going. The interior of the cabin was 87 degrees as the top windows magnified the heating of the cabin as if they were portals to ****. A stupid note was next to the thermostat warning us not to turn the a/c below 68 degrees or we will be fined. The joke was on us for the thermostat was rigged not to go below 70. We set it on 70 and at approximately 5 am the next morning the inside temp dipped below 80. Apparently Aunt Bug was unaware of our arrival, though they gladly took our money 1 month in advance, and did not consider turning on the a/c in advance of our visit, so we could have some comfort our first night. The a/c finally caught up to the 70 degrees we set it on on our departure morning though. Guess they have to squeeze every penny. They will say "you should have called!" but I say who wants to spend their 3 days off vacation fooling with maintenance people. They might have checked things out before our arrival. But hey, they got their money and that is the important thing. The water blew air out of the faucet for about 5 minutes then came out brown, then cloudy and stank. We went back to town to buy gallons of water. Again this should have been checked prior to our arrival. I took a sample to send to a friend in high places, for testing as to potability. (i have a hunch it has contaminates in it). Why do they charge a pet fee? What is that money used for? Then there are the thousands of Brown Recluse spiders that have been allowed to breed on the eaves and every nook and cranny of the porch, and occur in various locations inside the cabin. Can Aunt Bug afford a broom to knock down the webs?

Christmas 2017 We enjoyed the location and the cabin. The beds were super-comfy and we loved the gas fireplace. It was annoying that several things weren't working well, the light in and over the stove was out and the kitchen is quite dark. The dishwasher was on the fritz and not doing a good job. Great views! Smoky Mountain Vacation The vacation home is beautiful in a great location central to everything. House was clean and spacious. We did have an issue with the hot tub not working called in and spoke to someone who told us to turn the heat up in the house, obviously we needed to call again and the 2nd woman was extremely helpful and sent someone to fix it right away.<br/>The dishwasher wouldn't shut off. The cups would stick to the cupboards indicating it was very clean thankful we brought our own supplies.<br/>

Needs improvement Location is in a resort setting, very close to other units. The unit did not appear to have been cleaned. Broken dish found in cupboard, acrylic finger nail was floating in the Jacuzzi, master bedroom jacuzzi was dirty, pool stick missing half of it, George Forman type grill very greasy (gross), pots and pans had visible food on it, used shot glasses left near pool table,and a used candle on the floor in the master bedroom. During The week the are was very quiet, then we had a very loud group rent the cabin next to us. Loud and annoying until 3am, even after I kindly asked them to tone it down a bit. The beds were comfortable, spending time with my family was fantastic and the views were amazing!

Nice Cabin Cabin was nice overall but definitely needed to be DUSTED!!! Dust & cobwebs were all over the windows and some of the furniture. Beds are very comfortable. The location was horrible! Although it was convenient to downtown, the cabin was built on top of a STEEP HILL and parking was a nightmare! This cabin sleeps six people so i have no idea where more than one car would park. We were not left trash bags for the kitchen but I had brought my own. The television internet connection for movies was the worst!!!! Each evening late, we would try to watch a Netflix movie and the connection kept stalling...took us forever to watch one movie....called Aunt Bugs and the Lady said she would call about the internet connection. Never worked properly for us but hopefully will for next vacationers! We stayed July 9-12, 2018. Just a brief getaway for my husband and I. For the money we paid to stay here for 3 days I can say it was not worth it!!!! Would not stay at this cabin again. Too expensive for the location area & the inconveniences of driving to and from the steep road to get to the cabin. Never used the hot tub because it was too hot outside. Never used the pool because it was ALWAYS PACKED!!!!!

yuk yuk yuk ok, i hate even writing this because i love aunt bug property, but this time we had a BAD experience. the reason we picked this property was because of the in door heated pool and it had a jaccuzzi in the master bathroom, well when we got there the pool was beinf worked on, the hot tub on the deck smelled like a fish tank and here is the kicker... i was so tired after the long ride there so that night i went in a ran a hot tub of water in the jaccuzzi tub and then got in and leaned back and turned on the jets, closed my eyes for that much needed soak and in a couple of min. raised up and there was black slime, hair and big chunks of something gross floating around me,well that was the end of my week long rest because i was mad the whole time i was there. not sure if i will stay with them again, i was horrified. Buckhead The cabin was neat but things were dusty and cobwebs were everywhere, could use a better cleaning. On Monday a storm knock out the internet and phone and it took until Thursday to get the internet back but never got phone service back. Warning if you are a short person the beds are very high, I had a hard time getting into bed. Location is close to town about 12 minute drive. Cabin very nice, cleaning desperately needed We loved the cabin. The furniture, amenities are so pretty. Very homey feeling!<br/>But there were a bunch of dead bugs on the pool table, spider webs all over the place, the cutlery and porcelain was filthy ...<br/>One big thing: do never, never try to use the hood over the cooking surface. It will fill the room with the most disgusting, fishy strong smell that's very hard to get rid off!!! That thing needs serious cleaning and a filter change and I don't know, urgh! <br/>Another issue is the extremely steep driveway to get to the cabin. Thanks God we had no snow. If we did there would be no way to get to the cabin even with 4wheel drive, and it would be even dangerous to try to walk up there and its a loooong steep walk.<br/>I would recommend this property to a friend only after a deeeep clean and during spring, summer and fall. Disappointed The cabin inside was OK. Outside the chairs on porch were dusty and around the hot tub were cobwebs causing us not to use it. We called the rental company the day we got there about this problem, but nothing was done. Also, the view from the back porch was disappointing. The only great view was from the kitchen window. We will definetly will not stay here again. Spring Break 2015 This was an AMAZING cabin, close enough to Pigeon Forge but just far enough away to relax quietly. Buckhead Is A Winner Lovely cabin that became our "home away from home". Great having two bedrooms w/king size beds & private baths. By the way, the beds are extremely high and a short person would need a high stool to climb aboard. We couldn't find directions for the Direct TV and a very nice gentlemen from the main office came right over to help us even though the maintaince staff had already left for the day. All in all, we certainly enjoyed our stay and home to be back to one of the one bedroom cabins this fall. Close to Dollywood! Our family enjoyed staying at Aunt Bug's "Buckhead." The ranch style cabin suited our needs with king beds on opposite sides of the great room with a rustic, log pool table. If you like very soft mattresses, you are in for a real treat, and in the winter each bedroom features a stone fireplace for perfect snuggling. I would recommend an extra set of pool sticks, however, as there were only two, and chalk for them was unavailable. Also, hone in on your driving skills; the narrow driveway on a steep hill is a bit awkward, and your car easily bottoms out as it descends. Overall, a great stay! Buckhead was great Everything was great; Clean, nicely decorated for Christmas and close to Dollywood. Beautiful View My wife and I were here for our 30th wedding anniversary. The cabin was located on the side of the mountain with a beautiful view. It snowed several days and it was exciting (it doesn't snow where I am from). It was very relaxing and we really enjoyed our stay. The only negative that I have is the internet. If you are looking for "high speed" internet this is not it. I did advise them and hopefully they can fix/upgrade it. We stayed at Aunt Bug's Buckhead#259 for our 4 day vacation Our stay at Aunt Bug's Buckhead #259 was a little above average. The property description was 100% accurate and the location was perfect. The Keurig coffee maker was broke and I called ahead to specifically find out if there was one in the cabin since they listed it in the online description. We brought everything for the keurig coffee maker because we were confirmed that one was in the cabin only to get to the cabin to find it was broke. We called as soon as we arrived and spoke with a rep from Aunt Bug's telling us that a maintanence person would be out to either fix the machine or repair it. The next day we did not receive a phone call and no one showed up, so I called again to get a update.I spoke with Jeannie a rep from Aunt's Bug s rental who was very rude and proceeded to argue with me about the Keurig not understanding that we brought everything for a Keurig machine not a regular coffee machine and also we brought everything but the kitchen sink as instructed by the check in email we received. Needless to say the maintanence man finally showed up to take the Keurig to fix it. We got back later that evening to find the Keurig sitting on the kitchen table and it was not a new one nor was it repaired. I never received a call back from Aunt Bug's rep to even let me know. This was a complete downer to our trip because me husband and I are big coffee drinkers and it set the tone for us for the day. Also, the bathroom vent was broke, the light switch at the front door was loose and dangerous, the doors to get out to the patio were extremely difficult to open and close. The kitchen knives and pots need updating as well..can opener did not work. The cabin was very clean and the beds were very comfortable...the only saving grace to the cabin. vacation Great...only problem was hot tub did not work for first 2 days of our worked after that. They came out and put new thermostat in. weekend gwtaway the staff at aunt bugs was awesome but with that being said there were issues at cabin lighting was not good need to move thermostat so get heat in other bedroom microwave light didnt work and really needs better pots and pans so bring your own and a can opener it is broke cabin is very nice otherwise and i would stay again but bring my own things oh and bought k cups and the machine didnt work my wife i have to say was unhappy about these things it was a little disappointing but we and other couple made best of it. the outdoor grill was awesome. Not as advertised Cabin was dirty, windows very dirty, porch not swept and spider webs all over inside and out.<br/>BBQ pit bottom burnt out, under the beds and chest of drawers hadn't been clean in a very long time. Picture on internet was not the same. Went back to management company with a list of these things, was told someone would come out, Never Did, left a day early, and won't ever go back or rent from them again!! <br/> If I were in charge, the cleaning people would have been fired the day we got there. Oh an another thing, the dishes were put up dirty in the cabinet, I reached in to get a plate and could feel the grime, we rewashed everything.

buckhead visit 2013 i had an issue when calling before my checkin date to add an extra day to my stay. the rental office kept putting me on hold for so long that i would become disconnected! finally got that handled after three calls. everything was great once we were there to actally check in. however-- when we arrived at the cabin we found that the floors looked as though they had not been swept in ages and dust bunnies were everywhere. i cleaned a bit. the next morning we turned on the oven to cook breakfast only to find that it did not work. we stopped by the office to let them know and they put it on a list to be taken care of. when the maintenance man came, he told us that the office knew that the oven was broken and a part had been orderded. needless to say, we were not able to cook as we had planned. now for the good part. the cabin was beautiful, everything else worked fine. i loved it and would definitely stay there again. Clean it up Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a lot of construction debris around the cabin including busted screens with very sharp edges, saw horses and piles of scrap lumber. I called the office within minutes of arriving and was told they would take care of it but they never did. Our Dream Home (if we could move it closer to family) We loved everything about Buckhead cabin! The kids decided we could just move there until they realized there was no room to add a garage for the go carts...Our only issues were with the non-working oven and the bedroom tv's were not hooked up to cable. It didnt matter...the whole place is just amazing!

Beautiful cabin, but check kitchen and tubs! The property was beautiful and the cabinwas very nice. Only issue was cleanliness. CHECK everything in first 2 hours or nothing will be done. Had to wash all pots, pans, and utensils because they were filthy, with dried food caked on them, and unforunately didn't check the jacuzzi tub until I got in it the second night.... Was disgusting! Ended up literally covered in scum, and had to get out and shower to wash it off. Management company is great, but house cleaning is contracted out, so if you call in first 2 hours they will re-clean..... Perfect Get-A-Way Cabin This was our first time staying at Buckhead 259. It is a beautifully decorated cabin with a mountain view at the Hidden Springs Resort. It has a wrap around porch with two picnic tables, rockers and a swing. A highlight was the nice grill on the deck for us to you. Our family enjoyed watching the fireworks going off at Dollywood from the front porch each evening. Enjoyed playing pool in the evenings. We would highly recommend this cabin to others. Great place to stay up in the mountains. Our compliments to the owners for having the cabin decorated so nicely. Will definitely come back here on our next trip to TN. Nice Cabin Fall break was a nice stay at Buckhead for my husband and I and our 12 year old grandson, he really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The view is a pretty view from front porch with a beautiful sunset. The furnishing were very nice. The front door could us a blind for privacy and filtering the sun. Also when describing the amenities there is an issue with the tv in the master bedroom( you can only watch movies on that tv) we were disappointed with that but, our grandson took that bedroom because he likes to watch dvds. The cabin was overall clean but could use a good top to bottom cleaning for cobwebs and dust bunnies especially on the cieling lights and fans. The makeup vanities in the bathrooms <br/>would be nice if there was lighting for them as they are now they are just for holding your makeup not usable for applying makeup.Overall we had a good stay. We love coming to the mountains and would stay at Buckhead again. If the above issues were taken care of Buckhead would be an excellant cabin. Besides the brown unusable water, the insufficient a/c capacity, and the thousands of Brown Recluse spiders that have a perpetual web around the perimeter of the the porch, it was fair. When we arrived the outside temperature was 92 and the a/c was set on 78 degrees with no windows open or fan going. The interior of the cabin was 87 degrees as the top windows magnified the heating of the cabin as if they were portals to ****. A stupid note was next to the thermostat warning us not to turn the a/c below 68 degrees or we will be fined. The joke was on us for the thermostat was rigged not to go below 70. We set it on 70 and at approximately 5 am the next morning the inside temp dipped below 80. Apparently Aunt Bug was unaware of our arrival, though they gladly took our money 1 month in advance, and did not consider turning on the a/c in advance of our visit, so we could have some comfort our first night. The a/c finally caught up to the 70 degrees we set it on on our departure morning though. Guess they have to

The cabin was beautiful and we felt very much at home. We had a beautiful view from our front porch. There were a lot of restaurants and different attractions to choose from. The weather was wonderful! We had a short hike down the hill to the pool which we used quite a bit. The property was clean and well maintained. We couldn't ask for a better Smoky Mountain visit!

Our cabin was very comfortable, and decorated beautifully. we appreciated the view, the hot tub, jacuzzi, and very comfortable beds. Most of the supplies we needed were already provided. The cabin was very clean. We even had a visit from a bear one evening, having an evening snack out back of the cabin! Better entertainment than we could have paid for in town! We had a trailer and 2 motorcycles with us, and we were able to park the trailer on the lower part of the circle below the cabin, and park the bikes and our truck in the driveway. At many of the other cabins in the area, we would not have been able to park the trailer and perhaps even the bikes beside the cabin because of the steep driveways. So the description of "motorcycle friendly parking" was helpful and accurate.

We enjoyed the cabin. Everything was clean. We enjoyed that towels and sheets were furnished. Our only problem was w/ the group of young MEN staying in Hawks Nest Cabin next door. They were loud til 4am & again @ 7am.Threw beer cans in yard. They even threw eggs in the road near cars. Very rude group! They left Sun. we stayed til Mon. So we had 1 peaceful night. My husband wanted a peaceful getaway instead of a big party for his 60th Birthday. He didn't get much peace. At least we had 1 good night.

the staff at aunt bugs was awesome but with that being said there were issues at cabin lighting was not good need to move thermostat so get heat in other bedroom microwave light didnt work and really needs better pots and pans so bring your own and a can opener it is broke cabin is very nice otherwise and i would stay again but bring my own things oh and bought k cups and the machine didnt work my wife i have to say was unhappy about these things it was a little disappointing but we and other couple made best of it. the outdoor grill was awesome.

Our stay at Aunt Bug's Buckhead #259 was a little above average. The property description was 100% accurate and the location was perfect. The Keurig coffee maker was broke and I called ahead to specifically find out if there was one in the cabin since they listed it in the online description. We brought everything for the keurig coffee maker because we were confirmed that one was in the cabin only to get to the cabin to find it was broke. We called as soon as we arrived and spoke with a rep from Aunt Bug's telling us that a maintanence person would be out to either fix the machine or repair it. The next day we did not receive a phone call and no one showed up, so I called again to get a update.I spoke with Jeannie a rep from Aunt's Bug s rental who was very rude and proceeded to argue with me about the Keurig not understanding that we brought everything for a Keurig machine not a regular coffee machine and also we brought everything but the kitchen sink as instructed by the check in email we received. My wife and I were here for our 30th wedding anniversary. The cabin was located on the side of the mountain with a beautiful view. It snowed several days and it was exciting (it doesn't snow where I am from). It was very relaxing and we really enjoyed our stay. The only negative that I have is the internet. If you are looking for "high speed" internet this is not it. I did advise them and hopefully they can fix/upgrade it.

Our family enjoyed staying at Aunt Bug's "Buckhead." The ranch style cabin suited our needs with king beds on opposite sides of the great room with a rustic, log pool table. If you like very soft mattresses, you are in for a real treat, and in the winter each bedroom features a stone fireplace for perfect snuggling. I would recommend an extra set of pool sticks, however, as there were only two, and chalk for them was unavailable. Also, hone in on your driving skills; the narrow driveway on a steep hill is a bit awkward, and your car easily bottoms out as it descends. Overall, a great stay!

Lovely cabin that became our "home away from home". Great having two bedrooms w/king size beds & private baths. By the way, the beds are extremely high and a short person would need a high stool to climb aboard. We couldn't find directions for the Direct TV and a very nice gentlemen from the main office came right over to help us even though the maintaince staff had already left for the day. All in all, we certainly enjoyed our stay and home to be back to one of the one bedroom cabins this fall.

This was an AMAZING cabin, close enough to Pigeon Forge but just far enough away to relax quietly. I have been looking for the PERFECT cabin online since December and I am SO glad I decided on this one. This cabin was the BEST I could have ever asked for. We will be back in October for Fall break and hopefully this cabin will be open, if not we will DEFINITELY stay with Aunt Bug's.

We loved the cabin. The furniture, amenities are so pretty. Very homey feeling!<br/>But there were a bunch of dead bugs on the pool table, spider webs all over the place, the cutlery and porcelain was filthy ...<br/>One big thing: do never, never try to use the hood over the cooking surface. It will fill the room with the most disgusting, fishy strong smell that's very hard to get rid off!!! That thing needs serious cleaning and a filter change and I don't know, urgh! <br/>Another issue is the extremely steep driveway to get to the cabin. Thanks God we had no snow. If we did there would be no way to get to the cabin even with 4wheel drive, and it would be even dangerous to try to walk up there and its a loooong steep walk.<br/>I would recommend this property to a friend only after a deeeep clean and during spring, summer and fall.

The cabin inside was OK. Outside the chairs on porch were dusty and around the hot tub were cobwebs causing us not to use it. We called the rental company the day we got there about this problem, but nothing was done. Also, the view from the back porch was disappointing. The only great view was from the kitchen window. We will definetly will not stay here again.

On Monday a storm knock out the internet and phone and it took until Thursday to get the internet back but never got phone service back. Warning if you are a short person the beds are very high, I had a hard time getting into bed. Location is close to town about 12 minute drive.

ok, i hate even writing this because i love aunt bug property, but this time we had a BAD experience. the reason we picked this property was because of the in door heated pool and it had a jaccuzzi in the master bathroom, well when we got there the pool was beinf worked on, the hot tub on the deck smelled like a fish tank and here is the kicker... i was so tired after the long ride there so that night i went in a ran a hot tub of water in the jaccuzzi tub and then got in and leaned back and turned on the jets, closed my eyes for that much needed soak and in a couple of min. raised up and there was black slime, hair and big chunks of something gross floating around me,well that was the end of my week long rest because i was mad the whole time i was there. not sure if i will stay with them again, i was horrified.

Cabin was dirty, windows very dirty, porch not swept and spider webs all over inside and out.<br/>BBQ pit bottom burnt out, under the beds and chest of drawers hadn't been clean in a very long time. Picture on internet was not the same. Went back to management company with a list of these things, was told someone would come out, Never Did, left a day early, and won't ever go back or rent from them again!! <br/> If I were in charge, the cleaning people would have been fired the day we got there. Oh an another thing, the dishes were put up dirty in the cabinet, I reached in to get a plate and could feel the grime, we rewashed everything.
