This executive home has a large backyard that backs onto Hummingbird Creek, and is surrounded by beautiful mature cedar trees that create a private outdoor oasis.  The large wrap around deck offers a dining table for six, outdoor hot tub, fire pit and lounging chairs.  Have little ones.  This backyard also has a play house and trampoline.  

We are located in Swansea Point, Mara Lake, BC.  Walking distance to the beach and close to the public boat launch.  

The Inside Scoop
Cozy up by the wood burning fire place in the Great Room, while you enjoy a movie on the 60" TV.  This property has a bright and open living space with vaulted ceilings and inviting decor.  The kitchen is great for entertaining with dining table for 8 and sit up island bar. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook any meal.  

Lay Your Head
The Masters Chamber is located on the second floor and offers a California King bed, large closet, fold down couch should you wish to keep the babes close and a 3 piece en suite bathroom.  

The Lacrosse Room is located on the main floor; offers a queen bed and patio doors to the front porch with rocking chair and sitting space for two.  

The Snow Shoe Room is located on the main floor; offers a double bed as well as two single bunk beds.  This room has toys and games to entertain the little ones!
