Shuswap lake is a 5 minute walk from the property. The fine sand beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is a public dock, moorage and float anchor.
The Sicamous beach is excellent for swimming and is equipped with a children's playground, beach volleyball, large open green space (for sports) and a water park. Great view of the channel and Shuswap Lake. The boat launch is between the condo and the beach.
Ski/Board Out is a 45 minute transit/shuttle ride to runs from the property.
Downhill skiers will find the nearest slopes at Revelstoke Mountain Resort on Mount Mackenzie is 6 km (3.5 miles) SE of downtown Revelstoke, Silver Star Mountain Resort - NE of Vernon (60 minutes), Apex Mountain Resort west of Penticton, Big White Ski Resort 54 km southeast of Kelowna, and Sun Peaks Ski Resort at Tod Mountain, north of Kamloops. The Shuswap area also offers cross-country skiing for the winter visitor. Larch Hills Cross-Country Area, near Salmon Arm, has an impressive 87 miles (140 km) of cross-country trails, about 25 miles (40 km) of which are groomed. The Larch Hills Ski Club maintain a chalet, which is open to all, the site of the annual 'loppet,' or cross-country ski race.
