Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 200.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 15 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 15 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation penalty varies with the number of days before arrival. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
