Furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home. There is room for a second vehicle if the 2 cars park one behind the other.

Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods
Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 28 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit is required. The refundable security/damage deposit is equal to 3 nights rent. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. Calling Cards are required for Long Distance calls.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations at least 30 days prior to arrival, payments less 10% are refunded only if the property is re-rented.If you need to cancel due to Covid travel restrictions (such as a government-imposed travel ban), payments less 50% are refunded only if the property is re-rented.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 80.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 60.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service. Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee of $60 per visit. Guest must request this service with the owner prior to arrival.
