Aqualina 102 Vacation This was our first rental through Island Properties and at the Aqualina property. We have visited St Martin very many times and found this rental and location to be very acceptable.<br/>It clearly had the most well equipped kitchen and the house amenities were certainly above average. The house was clean and the two visits to keep it clean were very welcome.<br/>The manager supported us through the visit and we certainly recommend this property and service to anyone.

10 Days in Paradise! SXM My wife and I stayed in Aqualina 102 for 10 days in Dec. 2015. The location in Simpson Bay is by far the best in SXM. The apartment was clean, large and c/w top finishes and furniture. Parking was underground with a security gate. We felt safe and this unit is close to all amenities. The people in SXM are friendly and they are the best drivers in the world. Nice to wake with the sunrise and watch the sunset every evening from the deck. Victoria(Remax Island Properties)came down the first Saturday with 2 pool guys to adjust the chemicals in the hot tub the day after I called her. The genset kicked-in a few times so we were never out of power or A/C. The vibe of the island is happiness and has a real sense of community. The in-suite laundry was good as well. There were 50 or so boats anchored in the bay so you never felt alone. Also you can watch every plane land and take-off from the airport from the convenience of the deck. The views of the ocean and the few steps to the beach were the amazing. Relax on the deck by closing your eyes and listen to the waves. The 10 days in Sint Maarten was one of the best vacations we have taken. I went home a changed person.

Exceptional place We stayed here for a week during our honeymoon. The place is located right on the beach, you cannot get any closer. We hired a car for the duration of our stay and went to visit most of the beaches on the island. I can confidently say that Simpson Bay beach is the best beach on the island, which is where this apartment is located. Each day we walked along Simpson Bay beach, which was spectacular. There are a few bars along the beach which was great. <br/><br/>The inside of the apartment is of a high quality and there is also an underground carpark for your car.
