Deluxe Sun Peaks ski-in, ski-out Townhouse with private and secluded hot tub. Across the street from the Sun Peaks Recreation Centre, Ice Rink, Park, Tennis - Pickleball courts and short walk (5 minutes) to Village and Restaurants. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. The front bedroom also has a built in bunk . The bottom bunk is a long twin bed. The upper is smaller (suitable for a child up to about 9 yrs old) The living room couch has a pullout queen. Living room with Gas Fireplace, 50" TV, stereo, and DVD player. Dining Room with balcony access and BBQ overlooking Mt.Morrisey. 2 full Bathrooms with tubs and showers. Private Hot Tub (w. Daily service) overlooking forested area. Fully Equipped Kitchen with too many items to list. Private heated garage for ski storage, ski tuning, boot warming and sitting area . GRACO playard and high chair available upon request. Lots of games, puzzles books, sleds, etc available for your use. Parking for 2 cars in front of townhouse unit and a 3rd visitor stall on site. This is the optimal location for ski-in, ski-out stays outside the hotel zone.
