Description
This Snow Creek Village Condo is a lovely one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a private hot tub and fantastic ski-in - ski-out access. This is a great option either as a romantic couple's getaway, or even for a small family trip. And let us know if you'd like to bring a dog as this home allows one dog for a minor pet fee. You'll be conveniently located just a short walk away from the main village but still have a sense of privacy thanks to being surrounded by the forestry behind the home. You can relax after a long day of play in your private hot tub which has a unique brick appearance. There's also a private barbeque for your use as well. Perfect for a family trip, or for the gamers at heart, the homeowners have provided an Xbox 360 with over 20 games and a collection of over 20 DVDs for your enjoyment. This home features a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), and single sofabed in the living room. Snow Creek Village is widely considered to have the best ski-in ski-out access across all of Sun Peaks, so if you're an avid skier or boarder this will be the ideal location for you. Located right next to the soccer field and small children's playground, if you're visiting in the summer and you've got little ones in your family (or fur babies!) you'll love being right next to a fun spot they can tucker themselves out at. You're also just across the cul-de-sac from the Sun Peaks Sports Complex, which features the outdoor skating rink (used as a ball hockey - basketball court in the summer), tennis courts, and an outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. You can access the Valley Trail either just across from the complex's entrance or just past the playground, and just a short 2-minute stroll will get you to the main village where you can check out all of the restaurants and shops that Sun Peaks has to offer, or head down to Village Day Lodge and main ski lifts!
Top Of The Mountain does provide some basic amenities such as : Bedding is provided ( pillow cases , Bed Sheets, Blankets). Shampoo , Conditioner , Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper and Towels for the bathrooms. Paper towels, Dish soap , Dishwasher pods, Washing cloths, Drying towels, Coffee , Coffee filters, Assorted Teas, Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Garbage bags and Recycling bags for the kitchen area. Laundry Pods are included.
This is a pet friendly property, so if you'd like to bring your fuzzy family member please leave a note while making your booking request. A non-refundable pet fee of $50+tax will apply which covers the entire duration of your stay. This home is limited to a maximum of 1 large dog, 1 small dog.
Please note that the rates apply to 2 guests. Should there be additional guests, up to the maximum of 3, an extra person fee may apply.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and still outside 30 days prior to the arrival date, only the booking fee will be forfeit. The full deposit is forfeit after 48 hours from the initial booking while still 30 days outside of your arrival date. The remainder of your payment for the booking is taken 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival have a 24 hour grace period during which only the booking fee will be retained if you cancel.
To cancel your booking, you must send us an email requesting we cancel your reservation. This request must be made from the email address we have associated with the booking in our system. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will return the inventory to availability and do our best to rebook the dates previously held for you and will provide refunds in accordance with the policy above.
Booking Deposit
The first night's rental plus booking fee and applicable taxes OR 25% of the Owner's rent (whichever is greater) is taken as a deposit.

Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
