Children of all ages are welcome.
Children are welcome with an adult as a long-term rental occupant. Children activities are scheduled daily within the resort.

There are group or minimum age requirements.
Adult guests must be 22 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Pets are allowed.
One-time fee of 50.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. (Charged Any number of pets.)
Size limits: Large - up to 34 kilograms (75 pounds)

A security deposit of 200.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
Deposit applicability: Any number of pets.
A guest must request this optional service.

NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
Fee of 50.00 CAD for stays that are 1 to 4 nights in duration.

A fee is charged for this service.
One-time fee of 50.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. (Charged for any number of cleaning.)

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 400.00 CAD.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1100 CAD.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted.
Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 400.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
**If Covid-19 causes the mountain to shut down and cease all operations, or if there is a government-imposed travel ban, the owner will refund your money.**
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 CAD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1000 CAD

The living area has three big windows for you to enjoy natural light, and feel the warmth from the sun. The view is beautiful. The unit is spacious, cozy and well stocked. The boot room is a bonus for storing ski gear, and allowing clothing to dry between runs. Beds are comfortable with ample linens. Location is Snow Pines Estates which is handy to the chairlift, and a 10 min. walk to the Village. We appreciated the fact that the unit was pet friendly, and reasonably priced.

We were the first ones to rent this unit this season. Although a few things weren’t quite ready for us, the owner and the property managers were very prompt and pleasant to resolve the issues.
Would definitely stay here again.

Spent three nights here. My wife and three teenage sons found it quite spacious and comfortable and had all the conveniences we needed. well more than needed ; the popcorn maker made life easy.
Less than a 5 minute walk to and from the runs.
The large mud room makes drying the gear easy and keeps the winter out of the living space.
This place offers great value.

Will definitely use again on our next Big White visit.

Lovely ski in/out mountain chalet. Bright open unit with a panoramic mountain view to the South from all the front windows. Lots of warm pine wood interiors. Quiet, convenient location and well-equipped unit. First-year being rented. New Queen bed, linens, gas fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 sets of bunks in 2nd bedroom. Complimentary washer/dryer. Mountain offers tube park, skating rink, family events, night skiing, Nordic trails. Kids program voted best in Canada by ski magazine.

New for 2019* Check out the summer activity on Big White. Beautiful alpine summer temperatures and fresh air hiking and mt. Biking and only 40 minutes from the crowds of Kelowna. Close to KettleValley Railway Tressel bridges and trails.

Please note that there is no hottub.
