Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

- Cancellations made with 30 days’ notice or more (75 days for Christmas and New Year) are completely refundable, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. - Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival are completely non-refundable. If the days of your original rental can however be rebooked, you will receive a refund for the days rented less a $150.00 cancellation fee. You will forfeit all monies paid for any part of the rental period that cannot be rebooked. - Cancellations within 7 days prior to your arrival are completely non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 700.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

Located in The Forest Development in Snow Pine Estates. This chalet has quality furnishings and is decorated in a "Bear Theme". The living room is very spacious and open with a fantastic view out the cathedral ceiling windows of the Monashee Mountains. A gas fireplace with it's sculpted "tree" mantle piece is the focus of the room . The boot room entry has a boot dryer for 5 pairs of boots. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The master bedroom features a King bed, electric fireplace and en suite bath and the private hot tub is located just outside. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a set of double/single log bunks. Excellent Ski-in location!
