To ski out head out of the hot tub door to the groomed ski back, from here you access Serwas Run which will take straight down to the Ridge Rock, Snow Ghost Express and the Plaza Chair. To ski back come off Sewra after the Silver Tip Landing bridge, any of the paths on the right will get you back to the unit. Look for "C-12" on Resort Map.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
The booking deposit is due immediately if paying by credit card or within 10 days of the booking date if paying by certified cheque or money order
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 35 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
A Guest has up to 48 hours after the reservation is made to cancel without penalty. After 48 hours, then the reservation deposit is non-refundable. If a Guest cancels within 35 days of arrival and after full payment is made, there is no refund on the accommodation or unused portion of the vacation that has been prepaid (this can include any lift tickets, snowmobile tours, shuttles, etc).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 CAD is due on arrival.
A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.

The property is accessed by external outside covered stairway to the front door, it has a wonderful feeling when you step inside. It is also upper unit to ID 204936 and the two units can be rented together to provide a large family/group get away to keep everyone together.

Straight ahead a massive floor to ceiling fireplace captures your eye. To your right are large windows to enjoy the view of the Monashee mountains, absolutely spectacular. From here access the wrap around deck, with BBQ.

The living room is tastefully decorated with modern overstuffed furniture this includes large couch that has a pull out bed, loveseat and armchair with wood pine chest in the middle. An Armoire to hide the 32”Flat TV is to left of the river rock gas fireplace. Huge vaulted ceiling with exposed rough cut beams adds to the country charm of this chalet.

On your left as you enter is the kitchen, it has a great island with 2 breakfast bar stools, full size appliances and comes fully equipped with your standard kitchen apparel. The dining area has a beautiful rough iron and wooden table set with seating for 6. Just off the kitchen is a den with a futon bed/couch and flat screen 30”TV, a stereo with a USB port, alarm clock and lamp. Window looks out onto the slopeside. To the left of this room you will find the ski in and out access door as well as the hot tub and ski locker. Main floor full suite bathroom, complimentary toiletry products including toilet paper are provided. A large double closet ideal for winter jackets and laundry closet with stacking washer/dryer completes this area.

Between the kitchen and living room are carpeted stairs that lead straight up to all the bedrooms. The second bedroom is first on your left. This includes a queen size bed, double closet, side tables and a lamp. On the right, you will find a small hall linen closet. At the end of this short hall is the Master Bedroom with a beautiful sleigh bed and matching chest of drawers with a 12“TV, bedside tables and lamps. Window looks out onto the groomed ski back, slopeside. The master also has a double closet.

Beside the master is the 3rd bedroom, with 2 sets of single bunk beds. At the top of the stairs on the right hand side is the main full suite bathroom with hairdryer, Complimentary toiletry products including toilet paper are provided.

This is located on the top left hand corner of a 4 plex. To walk to the village enjoy a romantic flood lit pathway. The is one open parking spot, all extra vehicles must park at Snow Pines overflow parking.
