If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount is kept unless a replacement booking is made, then all monies are refunded except the 25% booking deposit. Bookings made less than 30 days in advance: Renter has up to 24 hours to cancel without penalty. After the 24 hours, the full amount is kept unless a replacement booking is made, then all monies are refunded except the 25% booking deposit.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 CAD is due on arrival.

Fantastic ski-in / ski-out and very comfortable inside. We had our 3 kids and 4 of their friends with us and there was lots of room. Kids in the bunk rooms downstairs made for quiet evenings upstairs. Hot tub slopeside was a nice touch and got lots of use from us. We will be back I'm sure.

This chalet is the on the right side of a duplex building featuring the best ski access in Snow Pine Estates. Step out your back door to Serwa's ski run, which is groomed daily, providing easy access to beginners as well as expert skiers. Chalet can be accessed directly from all the lifts which makes "stopping by" for lunch or layer changes convenient. This chalet also features all new furniture in the living room, private hot tub, vaulted pine ceilings throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen, picturesque views out the front and back cathedral windows, heated slate floors in both baths and both entry ways,gas fireplace and Wii game! There is a separate TV area for the kids and the adults. It is just a short 10-minute walk to the village on a lighted path.
