For ski out access, there is a short ski down the road, weather permitting. If there is not enough snow you are only a short two minute walk to Serwas Run, then down to the Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost Express and the Plaza Chair. Look for "C-12" on Resort Map.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
The booking deposit is due immediately if paying by credit card or within 10 days of the booking date if paying by certified cheque or money order
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 35 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
A Guest has up to 48 hours after the reservation is made to cancel without penalty. After 48 hours, then the reservation deposit is non-refundable. If a Guest cancels within 35 days of arrival and after full payment is made, there is no refund on the accommodation or unused portion of the vacation that has been prepaid (this can include any lift tickets, snowmobile tours, shuttles, etc).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 CAD is due on arrival.
A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.

This unit is the lower unit to ID 121388, the two units can be rented together to provide a large family/group get away to keep everyone together. With ski in/ski out access this unit has parking for one vehicle (excess parking can be found at Snow Pine's overflow car park) and has outside ski locker storage.

The entrance is on the lower right hand side of this lovely residence. Lots of closet space for all of your gear is available for your convenience. A beautiful river rock fireplace and cozy living room are on your left with a warm charming country feel enhanced with rough cut exposed beams. A USB stereo system is offered in the living area as well as a large 36” flat screen TV and a DVD player.

The open living space flows through to the dining area so you can share in the entertainment while preparing your meals. This lovely kitchen has everything you need. Dining for six at the table, and 4 breakfast bar stools, make this a very socially functional space. Full sized appliances supplied including a dishwasher and microwave.

Across the hall is the master bedroom, which offers a beautiful queen sized sleigh bed, bedside table, lamp and alarm clock with loads of space in the large double closet. The second bedroom features a single over double set of bunk beds, a dresser and a 27” TV.

The full main bathroom is also where you will find the stacking laundry facility. Complimentary toiletry products as well as towels and laundry soap are provided. Everything you need is right here.

On the front deck sits the hot tub, a great place to enjoy the mountain view.

Ski locker storage is located to the left of the hot tub. There is room to park one vehicle next to this residence, additional vehicles must park at Snow Pines overflow park located in Lower Snow Pines Road.
