If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount is kept unless a replacement booking is made, then all monies are refunded except the 25% booking deposit. Bookings made less than 30 days in advance: Renter has up to 24 hours to cancel without penalty. After the 24 hours, the full amount is kept unless a replacement booking is made, then all monies are refunded except the 25% booking deposit.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 CAD is due on arrival.

Built and designed by the owners with the concept of "2 families" sharing accommodations, so it has separate entrances to the upstairs and downstairs!, This chalet provides great ski in/ski out access and an easy walk to the village on a lighted walking path. The living area is spacious and features vaulted wood ceilings, maple wood floors and has a wonderful view of the Monashee mountains. The private hot tub can be accessed through the living room or the master bedroom, which features a King-size bed and ensuite bath with double headed shower. The den downstairs includes a TV/VCR and Playstation 2.
