(5 bathrooms in total). -Big screen plasma TV plus Apple TV - Blu-Ray - Wii in living room, and additional plasma TV's in each bedroom. Whole home wireless PVR system connecting the entire house. Large TV in loft area with DVD - VCR, X-Box and Wii. -Dining area seats eight to ten people comfortably with additional island seating in the kitchen area. Group & Min. Age Policies

Adult guests must be 25 years or older. Cardholder must be present at check-in to sign rental agreement and credit card damage deposit authorization of $500.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
