Description
Located in The Forest Development in Snow Pine Estates. This chalet has quality furnishings and is decorated in a "Bear Theme". The living room is very spacious and open with a fantastic view out the cathedral ceiling windows of the Monashee Mountains. A gas fireplace with it's sculpted "tree" mantle piece is the focus of the room . The boot room entry has a boot dryer for 5 pairs of boots. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The master bedroom features a King bed, electric fireplace and en suite bath and the private hot tub is located just outside. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a set of double - single log bunks. Excellent Ski-in location!

Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 700.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented. When a deposit has been received, the booking is considered confirmed and cancellation can only be made according to the terms below: Our 30-day cancellation policy (75 days for Christmas and New Years) is as follows: - Cancellations made with 30 days' notice or more (75 days for Christmas and New Years) are completely refundable, less a $75.00 cancellation fee) - Cancellations within 30 days (75 days for Christmas and New Years) prior to arrival are completely non-refundable. If the days of your original rental can be rebooked, you will receive a refund for the days rented less a $150.00 cancellation fee. You will forfeit all monies paid for any part of the rental period that cannot be rebooked. - Cancellations within 7 days prior to your arrival are completely non-refundable.
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. A guest must request this optional service. Local calls are free.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 239.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Hot Tub Service & Fee
There is a hot tub heating or maintenance fee. Fee of 17.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
