As an end unit, it features its own private alcove entryway that is accessed via a short pathway from the main parking area. Just off of the entryway, the bedroom features 2-sets of standard sized bunk beds. In addition, there is one full bath equipped with modern fixtures, countertops, and remember those heated floors…well you’ll find them there too. There is also a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer, and a fully equipped galley style kitchen complete with a dishwasher and a Jenn Air range - oven. Stepping down two steps into the living - dining area reveals a tastefully furnished and configured living - dining area with a breakfast bar and four stools, a flat screen monitor, a gas fireplace to cozy up to, and access to a small balcony where you can hear the river rushing by. This WIFI equipped, monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year- round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash - racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ - picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
