The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure.
Credit Card will be taken upon arrival and a signed Damage Deposit form completed. Damage deposit of $500.00 is collected for more than 6 guests staying. Full refund of damage deposit if booking is canceled. Damage deposit will be returned once the house has been inspected by the cleaner.

Love that this condo had a dog water and food bowl waiting in the kitchen upon arrival. We booked close to our arrival date and once you are connected through you correspond directly with the owner who lives in Whistler and is hands on. Communication was slow as she was busy and resulted in us being locked out upon arrival, even after the check in time. Phone communication is through a local Whistler number which resulted in international charges when reserving and roaming charges when trying to gain access. Townhome is equipped with basic kitchen, laundry and shower supplies which was nice although we did have to contact owner to bring additional toilet paper. Fans are needed for bedrooms upstairs in the summer as it can get warm and it difficult to get airflow through the unit. The owner said she has now provided fans. Townhome is spacious and easily accommodated five adults and is within easy walking distance of the village. Owner was generous with the check out time as there was not anyone arriving on our departure day. Overall good value but the delayed access issue along with a few other small items such as not enough garbage bags and lights being burnt out and/or unplugged, no fans I would likely pay a little more to stay elsewhere next time.

We came to ski, and this property fit the bill. The property manager communicated frequently with us prior to our arrival, even reminding us to buy our Edge cards. She came by after we arrived to make sure we had all we needed. The well maintained condo has lots of living space and a fully equipped kitchen. (They even left us a 1/2 pound of Saltspring Island coffee). There are 2 full height underground parking stalls close to the unit. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the upper village, so a little too far to be able to just wander down for a coffee or a stroll through the village. These's a lit path from the condo complex that goes uphill for a kilometer or so, letting out at the Wizard run on Blackcomb... a nice place to walk our dog.

Just stayed for the Easter holidays and had a wonderful time. The house was amazing, perfect for a group of 5 people as we all had our own space. The kitchen was well equipped as it even had a slow cooker. The owner of the property was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the holiday. Property is about a 5-10min walk to the base of Blackcomb mountain though there was very useful bus that turned up every 20mins (right outside the property) which saved our legs from walking. Overall a fab quiet place to stay and would recommend to anyone.

This condo is better equipped than my house!! We were a family of four with a daughter-in-law along and this condo was ideal.

We are already thinking how we can get back next year, Snowgoose is on the top of our list as a place to stay. A pleasant walk to town for non-skiing days, bus stop right in front for easy and quick access to the hill. Joan ensured all arrangements were made ahead of time. Comfortable beds with lots of room.
