The flat benefits from 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom 1 shower room and one allocated parking space/garage. Easy/quick access to Oxford City Centre. The flat is duplex located on the second floor with a nice street view from the lounge. Once parked in the garage labelled for flat 5, please make your way up to the 2nd floor via the main entrance. This is a lovely and generous 3 bed flat in a really popular and central location of Summertown with tons of shops, local amenities, and lovely canal walks nearby. Sleeping arrangement: Bedroom 1 (Upstairs) – Ensuite room with Double bed 135cm wide – Ideal for 2 people Bedroom 2 (Downstairs) – Small Double bed 120cm wide – Ideal for 1 person Bedroom 3 (Downstairs) – Small Double bed 120cm wide – Ideal for 1 person Sofa bed in the lounge upstairs – Ideal for 1 person. There is a nice lounge, dining area, a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, and there is another lounge and the 3rd bedroom upstairs (Ensuite). The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine (no dryer), hob, Oven, microwave, fridge freezer, cutleries, crookeries, cooking pots, pans, glasses, mugs and utensils etc. There are also some chemicals, washing up liquid, washing machine gel or powder etc for your cleaning needs, plus a vacuum cleaner and iron/Ironing board. There is no lift in the building. The guests will have access to: - The 3 bedroom flat. - The garage to park 1 small car. - The green area at the front with a bench. (Please be mindful of other residents and also remove all rubbish) I will be away from the house, when it is available for booking, so sadly I won't be available for meet and greet. Summertown in North Oxford is a suburb of Oxford, England. Summertown is a one-mile square residential area, north of St Giles, the boulevard leading out of Oxford's city centre. Summertown is home to several independent schools and the city's most expensive houses.[1] On both sides of Banbury Road are Summertown's popular shops. There is also a smaller street of shops and restaurants, South Parade, that links Banbury Road and Woodstock Road. Summertown is home to much of Oxford's broadcast media. BBC Radio Oxford and the BBC Television's Oxford studios are on Banbury Road. Direct bus to Oxford City Centre 2 mins walk from the flat. 5-7 Mins walk from St Edward's School Oxford. 5-10 mi few mins walk from multiple language schools in Oxford. 1.5 miles from the Oxford city centre. 2 miles away from Oxford Parkway Train Station with direct and fast access to Bicester & London Marylebone. 6 miles from Blenheim Palace perfect for those who are attending events at the palace. A few mins walk from a range of shops and restaurants in Summertown. 5 miles from Oxford Airport, for pilot students and contractors. Garage space available for 1 car. Very limited on-street parking spaces nearby. Lots of beautiful walking and cycling routes nearby. Notes: Please do not wear shoes inside the flats, for hygiene reasons and to avoid tapping noise impacting the neighbours downstairs. Slippers are provided that you are welcome to use. Please note that owner occasionally stays at the property and there are some personal belongings special to the owner around the flat, so I would be extremely grateful if you can please be extra careful with the items in the house and also be considerate of the neighbours in terms of noise etc. This is a very quiet and a private block of flats and is not suitable for events or those who come to party in Oxford, as we need the guests to be quiet in staircases at all times and do not be noisy in the flat and respect the 10pm-8am quiet time policy. Please enjoy the books while at the property but do not remove them. Parking: The garage is small (not very high or wide) ONLY take small cars (e.g. cars in the size of VW Golf & Polo) but wide cars such as large saloons, MPV, SUVs and vans will NOT fit in the space. Early check-in / Late Checkout: Early check in from 1pm (up to 3 hours) and late checkout by 1pm (Up to 2 hours) is possible with prior arrangements, but there is an extra fee of £12 per hour to pay. In case you are interested, please let me know and I will try to arrange that for you. BOOKING RULES: The flat is part of a residential court and therefore has occupancy limit.
