Review of SeaScape Sur Unit 121 SeaScape Sur Unit 121<br/><br/>The unit was very clean and the upgrades and furnishings were excellent. A good supply of dishes, glassware (although we could not find a traditional water glass), flatware and cooking utensils. Also a good supply of linens & towels (Ashley did bring us more sheets for the guest bed.) Ashley was very responsive to any of our needs. In the master bath, however, there is only one hook to hang a bath towel and one hook for a hand towel. We had to dry the bath towels and hang one in the closet. There was a good supply of beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. We bought an inexpensive beach umbrella and left it with the beach supplies. The stairs to get to the beach were very convenient.<br/><br/>The ocean view was beautiful but the patio furniture does not meet the standards of the unit. There were only three inexpensive chairs & two tables and we had to use beach chairs for our guests. Also, the next door neighbor&#x2019;s dogs were barking to the point we could not sit on the deck in the late afternoon.<br/><br/>No internet in the bedroom is annoying and no local TV in the living room is maddening. Consequently if you wanted to watch sports or a local show you had to watch on the small TV in the bedroom.<br/><br/>Without AC in the unit, there were several days that the heat was unbearable. Even with closing the window coverings during the afternoon, it was virtually uninhabitable in the later afternoon and evening and impossible to sleep in the bedrooms. We ended up renting a hotel room across the street in order to get some sleep. Tenants should be warned of this possible occurrence.<br/><br/>In the description of the SurfScape Sur, it should be clear that if you are disabled in any way, it is difficult to walk to your unit much less carry supplies and groceries from the parking garage.<br/><br/>It was also a terrible inconvenience that there is no guest parking in the facility and guests had to park on the street (i

Perfect for Sunsets This is a gorgeous unit! Well stocked, well maintained and so comfortable. The property is older but spotless with beautiful grounds. I would not recommend this unit for families with small children, as there are too many precious items!

Breathtaking Views! We enjoyed the immaculately kept condo and the breathtaking views with sunsets to last a lifetime. It was a quiet retreat to restore our batteries. Highly recommend!!

A Great 3 Weeks on the Ocean I came to Solana Beach for a 6 week assignment that was cut short, unfortunately, because of the pandemic. Finding accommodation was tricky but this turned out to be a God send. Clean, spacious and right on the ocean I spent many happy mornings watching surfers and trying to convince myself that I could do it. The facilities are great and once you workout how to find Foxtel on the TV (Push TV then Power On) you can skip the commercial channels and find something worth watching.<br/><br/>The only minor issue was turning on the hot water which took a day to resolve but the agents were great. (Remove the picture around from the washing machine to expose the fuse box and turn on the red switch - why didn't I think of that.) The beds were comfortable, the facilities great and the mirrors, well just a little disturbing. It's 5 minutes to 101 and 3 from Crush where they have live music every Wed to Saturday - well they did before the world came to an end. I'd stay there again

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and large closet with its own bathroom.  Master bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom, and private patio (this patio faces east).
