No street parking allowed. Parking, Central, Linens & Towels Provided, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer in House, Iron, Hair Dryer and Free Cable & Internet. A starter supply of amenities are provided, you will find 1 Roll Paper Towel, 1 Dish Sponge, 1 Dish Detergent, Trash Bags in all trashes, 1 new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner in all full bathrooms. The house is self-catering. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for your stay. If you want a welcome package, please call us. Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 270.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 31 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 270.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged for any number of cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service. Mid Stay clean can be arranged for a fee of $270 upon request.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 50.00 per night based on 3 nights or 350.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.
