Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit
A damage waiver fee of $30 is charged in lieu of a damage deposit. This is included in the quote you receive and is labelled as a "Booking Fee" on your booking form. There is also a $9/day Impact Fee levied by the resort. This is also included in the total you're quoted and is labelled as a "Tourism/Marketing Fee".

The whole reason we come to Rocky Point is to enjoy the Sea. This million dollar unit is unmatched by any others because of its proximity to the Ocean. The wrap around patio gives one the chance to see the entire shoreline and all of the activities that go along with it. The amenities of the resort allow you to have everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable from a restaurant on premises, convenience store, exercise room, swim up pool bar and 3 swimming pools.... It's all right there for you to enjoy.
The view of Rocky Point downtown at night across the ocean water is fabulous. The view from the patio of our condo is what I personally come there for. You can't beat the view in the day or the night. You are just high enough to be able to see all that goes on down below you.
