The luxury studio apartment (of 51 m2 interior) is situated on the ground floor, and unfolds facing the beautiful crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, bordering a Golf Course and just a short distance from the marina. The Studio Lock-Out Apartment has en-suite bathroom with sea view, bathroom, kitchenette fully equipped, A - C and sleeps up to 3 people. Terrace of 14 m2 with a dining table and 4 chairs. East facing, so never too warm and always a nice sea breeze. Ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Direct access to the gardens, swimming pool and private beach. For beach lovers there are two other beaches, one at 5 minutes drive, where you find a fantastic beach and restaurant on 5 km of white sand and palm trees or the 2nd beach, at 10 minutes drive you will find a nice Beach Club and restaurant. Both can be easily reached with a golf cart (can be rented at the Marina). The Marina is fully operational; it has numerous restaurants and boutiques on site. Golf lovers will enjoy 2 well designed golf courses. At 10 minutes drive there is a big supermarket and nice little restaurants. The International Airport is only 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, or bringing the whole family, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy. You will come back!

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
