Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 150 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately.

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 135.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
