The Apartment is completely restructured located in the residential building and is provided with every comfort. It offers public parking, free of charge (reservation is not requested). This elegant apartment is for up to 2 people with wide living area with a dining table and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a completely equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with full size bed (for 2 persons) and sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom is fully equipped and features round shower kit, a hairdryer and towels. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 5 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 400 EUR
