Perched on an 80m granite bluff overlooking the tip of Howe Sound, the Coast Mountain Range, downtown Squamish and the Squamish River Estuary. This spectacular ocean-view home, 45 minutes between Whistler and Vancouver in Squamish, is in the heart of Sea to Sky outdoor recreation country.

The Squamish house is located in the Smoke Bluffs park which has a wonderful selection of climbing routes, mountain bike, hiking and running trails as well as wildlife watching. The house is walking distance to downtown’s groceries, cafe’s and bus transportation. It has two levels, a 600sqft suite at ground level and a 2500 square foot 3 bedroom house, which can also be rented.

The suite sleeps 2 in a private bedroom and can accommodate 2 extra guests on a futon mattress in the living room. Beds are nicely equipped with linen, feather pillows and duvet. The suite is fully equipped and both bathroom and kitchen have ceramic heated floors. There is a wonderful ocean view of the Howe Sound and a spectacular panoramic view of the coast mountain range can be enjoyed from the house.
