This is a 4 bedroom - 3 bath turnkey pool villa located in Chocolate Hole, very close to downtown Cruz Bay. This home is perfect for large groups, especially those traveling with children. Sleeps 13 people. Bed 1: 1 king with en suite (upper level) Bed 2: queen and twin bunkbed (upper level) Bed 3: king Bed 4: queen and twin bunk bed Twin day bed on lower level living room. The upper level includes a large kitchen and great room along with two large bedrooms each with private adjoining decks. There is also a deck off of the kitchen for grilling and outdoor dining. The master bedroom includes a large e suite bathroom and walk in closet, while the secondary bedroom has a bathroom right outside the door for easy access. The villa is super kid friendly with no large drop offs or cliffs and is actually fenced in. Perfect for those with small children. We have a fully stocked board game cabinet and floats for the pool. Easy driveway with flat ample parking. Central air through out the whole villa. Incredible water views from almost every room in the house. A can’t miss. 8 minutes to Cruz Bay and 14 minutes to the closest north shore beach (Hawksnest). 25 minutes to Coral Bay. Walk to both great cruz bay beach and chocolate hole beach.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Cheques Preferred. PayPal, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) , Venmo
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 525.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
