Detached from the main house, the Carriage House features a private entrance, elegant furnishings, and fully-functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Additional highlights include the queen bed in the bedroom and a second, full-size bed tucked behind the lounge-style sofa in the living room, making this apartment perfect for roommates to share the expenses. All utilities are included in the rental price and residents enjoy FREE parking, as well as, FREE laundry facilities. Added comforts include our security system with cameras and alarm, as well as 24 - 7 emergency contact in the form of our resident property manager, Marcena (661-609-4709). Situated within the Museum Hill Historic District, the Vineyard Mansion is one of many Victorian-era homes in the neighborhood, and is located close to the city center, parks, restaurants, art, culture, and museums.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a credit card number only (i.e. no charges are processed). Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.
