The villa is a perfect hideaway for those who want a private escape on a beautiful island. The villa offers exquisite views of the ocean, lush green foliage and fruit trees on a private secluded beach right out of your doorstep. You can relax in your own private beach retreat. Enjoy authentic Jamaican entries, take a drink at our bar and enjoy some good company and wonderful sounds of reggae music. Walk around and feast on the numerous mango and fruits trees surrounding. Take a dip in the ocean, run along the beach, fish in the river or go on a rafting tour up and down the river. Visit nearby Somerset Falls and Likkle Portie or drive into Port Antonio to Market, shops, restaurants, or other attractions.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Parking
Parking is free. A guest must request this optional service.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Babysitting can be arranged.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
