Newly refurbished and well lit 80 square meter apartment situated on the third floor of a smart and highly finished block served with lift. The accommodation is offered in a fully furnished form and consists of an entrance to a living area with LCD TV, sofa and leading to a front balcony, dining area and equipped kitchen with cooker, hod, electric hob and fridge freezer, and all essential kitchen tools. A box room with automatic washing machine, a spare bedroom (with two single beds) and air conditioner, a good size shower room with 80 ltrs water heater and a 500 ltrs water supply tank and a large master bedroom with air conditioner and a back balcony.

This west facing apartment is very well located and situated a few minutes walk from all major amenities including pharmacies, butcher, fishmonger, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bus stops, and the seafront.

Major attractions include a water park, aquarium, beaches, bugibba square, casino and promenade
