We accommodate stays up to 90 days and our units are fully provisioned with private full kitchens and bath, along with furnished harbor facing balcony. Accommodations include Sterns and Foster luxury bedding, 43: Smart TV and free in-room wifi, air conditioning and furnished dining area. Efficiency units include sofa bed for expanded occupancy (additional fees apply for guests beyond base occupancy)

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a credit card number only (i.e. no charges are processed). Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 5 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 12:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Keyless entry code is provided after full payment. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
