Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due within 15 days of booking

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 90 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
