Even Better than the PIctures We couldn't have been more pleased with this home. We have rented nearby in the past at some wonderful properties, but this house has spoiled us for good. It not only has several places to gather, but plenty of places for quiet time as well. It's much larger and the layout even grander than the pictures portray. Walk to everything from The Don to the 8th Avenue shops - perfectly centered in between and at the quieter end of the beach, just steps away.

An amazing stay. We loved staying here. The house is absolutely amazing, and the pictures don't do it justice at all. We were particularly impressed with the INCREDIBLE outdoor patio space, where we spent many evenings lounging outside. Definitely walk down the street to Sea Critters Cafe while you stay here! Really the only issue we ran into during our stay was it did not appear to be fully cleaned when we arrived (we found full cups on counters, cigarette butts, and dog poop in the yard). The host did offer to send a cleaning crew out again, but we declined and tidied up ourselves. We did also have some minor trouble with the hot water as well (only one person could shower for 10 minutes with warm water before it turned ice cold, and it took 1-2 minutes for the water to heat up in general). But aside from that, everything was immaculate and so relaxing. And the master bedroom is heaven!

Charming Pineapple House We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home for our stay at Pass-a-Grille! The house is incredibly spacious and even more beautiful in person with great use of the outdoor space and a second floor bedroom suite that is absolutely stunning. As we were traveling by plane and couldn't pack our own, I wished the house was equipped with more beach gear (chairs, cooler, umbrella)- the few things that were provided weren't in great condition. That said, we loved our stay and would return back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Pass A Grille home This location was absolutely perfect as it was two blocks from both the intercoastal and two blocks from the beach. The entire upstairs is a master bedroom that is beautiful and the bedrooms downstairs are perfect for families. The outdoor area is a great place to hang out, eat, etc and the sun room out front is a great place to relax and read. There are a number of restaurants within a mile walk and driving/parking is very easy. <br/><br/>This was our second rental with Tech Travel, and yet again, they went over and above for us. Brandon and Vivían are great hosts and make themselves available as necessary. I will absolutely be renting through Tech Travel again soon.

Pineapple House The Pineapple House far exceeded our expectations. The home was quaint, picturesque and located in close proximity to the beach/shops/restaurants. The overall design of the home, the front porch and the great lanai area accommodated both individual/private time as well as space for our entire group to be together. We had a wonderful week and would definitely love to return. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home.

The Pineapple House Our stay at the Pineapple House was wonderful. The house was clean and spacious for the 5 of us and we especially liked the outdoor space where we gathered often. It was shaded and very private. The location was great also! The only down side was that a garage door opener was missing and even though I called management twice, an opener was never provided.

Adorable house in a great location! This house is adorable and updated. The master suite is extremely spacious. The kitchen is nicely workable. It has a great enclosed front porch and fenced yard and nice ambiance in the fenced back courtyard. Excellent location, steps to the beach and near some of the finer walking neighborhoods.

Sweetest Beach Escape Ever!!! This beautiful and recently refurbished beach cottage was fabulous!!! It was so very clean!!! The outside areas were such a perfect fit fir our family while grilling or just relaxing!!! The bedrooms were very comfortable and cozy!!! We will definitely be back!!!
