Fully renovated with high-end equipment and furniture, the villa provides you with everything you need for the perfect holiday. The 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are fitted with a king bed and a custom built wardrobe displaying acacia shelves to give a natural touch to the overall design. While the master bedroom has direct access to the swimming pool, the second bathroom will offer a quieter stay surrounded with trees. Indulge yourself in the very large living room furnished with a sofa and 2 Bali style lounge chairs for optimal comfort. The equipped kitchen has all the necessary tools for you to cook and prepare meals: large fridge, electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, gas hob, cooking pans. The large built-in dining table will allow you to gather at the end of an adventurous day. If you feel like a lazy evening at home, enjoy the 55' TV with access to Netflix and other apps. The villa comes with a beautiful green garden which you can appreciate while swinging on one of the 2 hanging chairs on the side. There is a garage suitable for a car or scooters which are available to rent. The swimming pool as well as the entire villa are for exclusive use by the guests: this is not part of a resort or a development, but a single stand-alone private villa. Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. Further activities / rentals can be organized with Jordy who will make your stay easy and effortless. - Cleaning and changing of linen every 6 days.
- Extra daily cleaning upon request at additional cost.
- There is a strict NO smoking policy INSIDE all of our villa areas. There will be a hefty deep cleaning fee applied to those who do not comply with this standard. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
- A refundable security deposit of 300 US dollars (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
- Pool serviced twice a week.
- Electricity is charged based on consumption. We take a picture of the meter at check-in. and a picture on checkout. the kilowat is charge by 7thb per unit.
-No toilet paper in the toilet. ( blocked toilets door tissue are 2000 thb penalty)
