Payment Methods

Booking Deposit
Payment policy is flexible and options discussed during the Grace period. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit. The security deposit must be paid on arrival in cash..
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.
