Description
Welcome to our ski in - ski out family mountain retreat at Sun Peaks. Our vacation home is close to the village and right next to the Morrisey Express Chair Lift The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-level-access unit has been equipped with everything to make your stay memorable. There is also a double pullout sofabed where the 6th and 7th person can sleep. Open views on MT Morrisey at sunset, 26inch LCD TV, DVD player and TV in each room. Private Hot Tub on outdoor patio, fireplace, soaker tub and heated floors for your toes. It also features a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, private laundry facilities, free Internet connection and underground parking space. Kids are very welcome, we made sure there is everything they need: a baby cot with soft bedsheets and a booster seat, children videos, kitchen plastic ware and covered outlets. We look forward to welcoming you in our home!

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 15 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
