It is a 5 - 7 min drive to the area's most popular lakes: River of Golden Dreams, Alta Lake, and Green Lake.
Ski/Board Out is a 10 minute walk to lift from the property. Ski/Board In is a 10 minute walk to the property.
Before you can put on your skis, there is a 7-10 minute walk to the Whistler ski run. A shuttle bus takes skiers to the base of the Whistler lift. The pick up and dropp off point is directly across the road from the complex. The total trip time (both ways) is between 7 and 15 minutes Look for "F-10" on Resort Map.

The resort fee includes an Accidental Damage Waiver Benefit, which covers up to $2000CAD of inadvertent damage and/or cleaning charges that occur during a guest stay.* Additional details will be provided by the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 45 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Credit Card Pre-Authorization : A valid, signed credit card imprint and a $500 to $1500 credit card pre-authorization (or equivalent cash deposit in Canadian funds) are required at check-in. Please note that the pre-authorization will be processed on your scheduled check-in date, and on the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please advise the property manager prior to your scheduled check-in date if you would like to use another credit card for the pre-authorization.
