Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 100.00 CAD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

3 Bedrooms, two bath, two story townhouse looking up at the ski hill and runs. Step across the road, click in and ski to the lifts. Ski back to the road, step out of skis and across road and you are home. 6 person sauna, wood fireplace, huge sloping skylight in larger bedroom lets you go to bed looking at the lights of the hill and stars, wake up to a view of the hill from your bed. Level covered parking. Walk down to the ice rink (1 min), 1 km skating loop (3 mins) or village (3 mins). Very quiet!! End unit - lots of light and windows.
