Rent this luxury villa (colonial style) including guest house (6 bedrooms - 4 bathrooms) with large garden and pool located directly on the beach in Bali. Our staff is including the rental price, they cook and clean for you. Our staff will be at your service (cooking cleaning) six days a week to make sure you have an unforgettable holiday. All this is included in the price. On the 2,100 m2 plot of land, around the villa, there is also a guest house. You can stay total with 12 persons; 8 persons in the villa and 4 in the guest house. The luxury villa in Bali has 4 bedrooms each with double four-poster bed, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room with patio doors opening out onto the terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning for a comfortable temperature at night. You don’t even have to bring your own towels and bedclothes. Each bedroom has a safety-deposit box where you can safely store your money and valuables.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 EUR is due 45 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
