Booking Deposit
The first night's rental plus booking fee and applicable taxes OR 25% of the Owner's rent (whichever is greater) is taken as a deposit.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 39 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
In the first 48 hours after placing a booking it may be cancelled for a full refund. Thereafter and up until 90 days prior to arrival guests may cancel and receive a full refund, minus the booking fee charged by the property manager. If a guest cancels from 90 to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit paid will be held in full as a credit toward a booking at the same property within the same winter season or the next. If a guest cancels within 30 days of arrival, a credit of 50% of the pretax price of the booking will be held as a credit toward a booking of the same property valid until the end of the following winter season. In any case where a credit is retained, if we are able to rebook the property to another guest who pays as much or more than the credit on file for overlapping dates, we will issue a refund of the credit after the rebooking guest's arrival. In the rare case where a property for which a credit exists is not longer available to rent through the property manager, either due to a sale of the home or delisting for some other reason, only that portion of the credit which belonged to the property manager will be usable as a credit on a future booking. In brief, all bookings will provide either a refund or a credit (full or partial) on future bookings so guests know that there is limited risk booking in advance in these very uncertain times. Special COVID-19- Government Travel Advisory Refund (Winter 2020-21 only) Notice. In the event of an official Government "Do Not Travel Advisory", requesting or requiring citizens cancel travel plans and/or return home from International travel, and/or the Canadian Government closes its borders or implements mandatory quarantine requirements for incoming travelers, the property manager will refund the amount paid for a stay not yet fulfilled or will refund a prorated amount for a partially fulfilled stay. In the event of a Government Travel Advisory which impacts a guest, this measure would supersede the existing booking, cancellation and refund policies as outlined below.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

This Chalet is a stunning 5 Bedroom + Sleeping Den vacation home with gourmet entertaining kitchen anchoring the great room with sweeping views of Mt Tod and Sundance Mountain and their webs of brilliant ski runs. The home features 2 self-contained living spaces to accommodate multi-generational family gatherings, a group of friends on holiday, or just options to give everyone lots of space. One of the rarest of Sun Peaks Homes available for nightly rental as both a three bedroom plus sleeping den Main house and a two bedroom Suite for a total of five bedrooms plus den.

Upstairs in the main living area you will find a gourmet kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a double oven induction stove, and all the luxury kitchen amenities you could want – enough to cook Christmas dinner. Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee looking out over the mountains while your toes are warmed by the comfortable in-floor radiant heating. The wrap around front and back decks allow you to relax outdoors, cook on the back deck BBQ or soak in the private outdoor hot tub.

Your kids will enjoy the outdoor backyard play space while parents unwind in the hot tub or enjoy some Après by the fire in the comfortable spacious living area. The full size dining area has plenty of space to seat 8 around the main table, 2 at the island and the lower level dining table can be added to easily accommodate another 2-4. Plenty of seating for everyone.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom. The Master has a king bed with ensuite and a French door to the back deck and hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The third bedroom boasts a queen bed with a French door entrance to the deck and hot tub.

Downstairs (ground level) there is the den with the pull out couch and room to escape for some quiet reading time, to play a game or do a puzzle. The suite boasts a rec room with a big screen and surround sound movie watching experience. The fully stocked suite kitchen offers a second cooking area for multi-family or a great drink/snack station for your movie night. There is another full bathroom downstairs and 2 more bedrooms. One bedroom has a single over queen bed and the other a luxury queen sleigh bed.

The in floor radiant heat ensures everyone is comfortable all day and night and the air exchanger makes sure of constant fresh air circulation. The Chalet is a 10-15 minute walk to the main lifts and village amenities along Fairways drive or hop on the free shuttle that stops right outside your front door all day long. Directly across the street is the access to the Valley Trail that goes around the large pond between holes #3 and #8 of the golf course and offers a more scenic and safer walk if you've got little ones in your group.

Ski in via the scenic “Fairways ski back” green run or for the more adventuresome enjoy the powder of the black diamond, “Wringer” both of which end right in your backyard. Start your après in the comfort of your heated garage with a dedicated gear/bike room complete with industrial boot dryer, ski rack, gear & helmet storage and ski maintenance/waxing station.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:

Individual ski-in/ski-out information for properties we manage on Fairways Drive will be published on the property's listing directly as each home's location is unique.

Most properties on Fairways Drive will be ski-in by using the Fairways Ski-Back cut-off, which can be reached from various green/blue/black runs.
