Cancellation within 6 days of finalizing the booking all payments are refundable minus a 3% administration fee. Between 6 days after booking and prior to 30 nights before arrival your refund will be reduced by one nights rent. Less than 30 days prior to arrival there will be no refund.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
