Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 USD is due 14 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 21 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

The home is located on a tree lined residential street. It boasts a living room with a wood burning fireplace and a patio with a year round private hot tub. The home has a second bedroom with a queen sized bed and a full bathroom. Watch any of the 150 TV channels or surf the web on Wi-Fi using 32 mbps Internet, all powered by AT&T U-Verse.

It is conveniently located within a mile and a half of both downtown Castro Street in Mountain View and downtown Murphy Street in Sunnyvale. It has incredible public transportation access; within walking distance to two VTA stations and two CalTrain stations. VTA will take you all the way into all the corners of Silicon Valley and CalTrain will take you either into Silicon Valley or into San Francisco and connects into the BART system. The home also has good access to the 237, 85 and 101 freeways. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio with a quiet, relaxing read in the warm California morning sun, among palm trees and lush foliage and even a small fountain. Or enjoy a relaxing evening with a glass of wine and a soak in your private spa hot tub.

The bright and sunny eat in kitchen has both a bay window and a large picture window that lets the sun in. The home has mostly solid surface flooring; Pergo floors in the bedrooms and hall, ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and a small carpeted area in the living room.
