The condo is located close to the beach and downtown, Has a good layout and is spacious with 3 bedrooms with a side view of the lake. The outdoor pool is very close to the condo and a good size. We found that this rental unit is in need of replacing many worn out things. e.g. Dishwasher wheels are falling off and is very noisy.Stove has been well used and seen better days. Kitchen faucet handle comes off in your hand.TV has very poor sound and not always audible.Good selection of kitchen utensils but replace the kitchen knives. No pan scrubber to properly clean pans etc. The coffee machine had mould inside on the filter screen. Once reported this was replaced with a new coffee machine the same day. The deck was a nice size but the deck floor was very dirty and had not been cleaned. BBQ ( Gas Weber) starter was broken and hanging down on a wire, flame tamer bars rusted and needed a good cleaning outside. Air conditioning worked well but the filter was full of dust and had not been serviced in how long? Beds were very squeaky and time to replace.
Mouse traps were located under the sink and in one corner of the room. There was no sign of any pest problem.
So overall you may think this is somewhat critical, but keep in mind when you are renting in this price range you expect these standards. The owner needs to update his condo and the property management company should be conducting a regular audit to ensure these standards are maintained when you are renting at this level.

This was a very beautiful place, we would go back again. So much to do around there. The place was really nice, very well kept. The people that helped us when we checked in we're very nice. We really liked that the place was very well looked after and there was no nonsense put up with from young ones. There was ten of us in our unit and we all enjoyed it very much. We thank everyone for letting our family stay and we would all do it again with the rest of our family and grand kids. Thank you very much.

The unit is one of the larger units in the resort and is located on the third level plaza amenities area. With this unit you have the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts at the back door and a large private deck overlooking the lagoon and lake at the front, It doesn't get much better than this. The unit itself is very high end with vaulted 24ft ceilings, hardwood, deluxe gourmet kitchen, high end furnishings, appliances and top of the line Serta beds. This unit truly has it all, you will love it.

The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and exercise room, tennis courts and library. The resort is located right downtown on Kelowna's waterfront and is located next door to the Grand Lakefront Hotel and Casino. This is the best downtown waterfront location in the city, you can walk to everything. You will love this town home and its location.

Dogs can be no taller than 15" and we do not allow cats.
