The unit is tastefully furnished and comes with all the comforts of your home. The location is perfect for a relaxing or an active vacation. Okanagan Lake, beaches, walking and biking trails, parks, marina, bird sunctuary, shopping, restaurants all located conveniently close by. There is an inside and outside swimming pool and hot tub, gym and tennis court. You can enjoy views of the lake from your living room, master bedroom and from both balconies. Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 100 CAD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 CAD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Parking

Parking is free.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
