This was a fantastic spot for us to use as a base for our time in Vancouver. It is on a lovely quiet street and has everything you need to make you feel comfortable.
We found the owner extremely helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.
I would totally recommend to anyone.

We were travelling with 4 persons and the apartment was just perfect for us. Everthing is very clean and functional and we didn't miss a thing. The highlights were the huge TV and offer of movies and the barbecue in the back of the house. The host is very friendly and helped us with everything. In the rush hour it is not really far to Vancouver, except for the rush hour. But still, there is the possibility to park the car at a station and take the train, which is quite convenient. The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, a grocery store that got just everything you need is around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay :)

10 minute drive to Skytrain (rapid transit to downtown Vancouver) 5 minutes to Guildford Shopping Center. Great highway transportation routes.

We were 5 adults sharing this appartment and it was such a pleasant stay, it is spacious, clean and close by to faclities. The owner made us feel at home.If I was to go back to BC, I will surely rent this appartment again. Do not hesitate, A great place at a great price...
