Check IN: 4:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 25 percent of the rent is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 45 or more days prior to arrival)

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Parking
Parking is free. No parking permit is required.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 30 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 4 adults and 3 children., Maximum of 6 Adults., Maximum of 3 Children.
